How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you sign up, you automatically get a 14-day Pro trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to any plan or continue on the Solo tier.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

How does cancellation work?

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Annual billing with a discount is coming soon. Currently, all plans are billed monthly. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when annual plans become available.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically and notify you via email. You'll have a grace period to update your payment information before your account is downgraded to the Solo tier.
